- All files submitted must be either Vector Art (.EPS / .PDF / .AI) and compatible with Adobe Illustrator CS3, or High Resolution 300dpi at final output size (.JPG / .TIF / .PSD / .BMP). Submitting low resolution graphics from web images or in the wrong format will be rejected and could add time and art fees to your order. If you are unsure whether or not your artwork is acceptable it is best to check with the designer, or you can email or call our art department.
