How long is your turnaround time? If I were to place an order, when will I get my shirts?
Our turnaround time is 10 working days (Monday through Friday) or less from once we receive approved artwork and payment to when your shirts are printed and shipped, PLUS shipping transit time of 1 to 5 working days (depending on your location). Generally we get a lot of orders out in 5 to 7 working days, ahead of schedule, but 10 working days is the standard.

Can you do rush orders?
Yes! Depending on scheduling we can accept rush orders. However, rush fees may apply. Contact us to find out more details.

What are screen/setup charges?
We use silk screens to print images onto shirts. A screen is needed for each color of the image of the design for each side. We can print up to 10 colors per side. Screen set ups are $15.00 each for shirts, which includes color separations and a film positive. Screen setups are one time charges per design. If you were to reorder shirts with the same design in the future without changes to the artwork, then there would be NO screen setup charges.

What format does the artwork need to be in?
Artwork Requirements: All files submitted must be either Vector Art (.EPS / .PDF / .AI) and compatible with Adobe Illustrator CS3, or High Resolution 300 dpi at final output size (.JPG / .TIF / .PSD / .BMP). Submitting low resolution graphics from web images or in the wrong format will be rejected and could add time and art fees to your order. If you are unsure whether or not your artwork is acceptable it is best to check with the designer, or you can email or call our art department at 813-489-6144.

Can I mix and match shirt and ink colors?
You can mix and match whatever shirt colors you’d like at no additional charge as long as the same ink colors can be printed on all the shirts you order. You must order at least 12 of each color though. If you’d like to change the ink color on the shirts then there will be a $10 color change charge.

Can I mix and match shirt sizes?
Yes, you can get however many of each size you need. You don’t have to get even dozens or even numbers. Larger sizes like XXL and up do cost more, so keep that in mind. Youth sizes are available at no additional cost.

What is your minimum order amount?
Our order minimum is 12 shirts per design.

There are weird spots in my print, what happened?
Sometimes in dealing with specialty locations, such as over zippers or seams, we cannot guarantee the clarity of the print. Our printers will work as hard as they can to make your print look perfect, but keep in mind that there are some print locations where quality might have to be slightly sacrificed in order to print in that location. Our staff will let you know of any possible issues before printing starts on these particular locations.

Can you ship my band shirts out on tour?
Yes! Our staff is well aware of the importance of a band having merchandise while out on tour, so we can drop ship your merchandise to anywhere!
